As I’m usually in treatments throughout the day, I’m not always able to answer phone calls. If I don’t answer, please leave me a voicemail or send me a message and I’ll get back to you as soon as I can.
Please avoid calling multiple times if I’m unable to answer I promise I’m not ignoring you! I’ll get back to you as soon as I’m free🤍
If you’re unable to make your appointment, please let me know as soon as possible.
For cancellations or rebooking, a minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required. I completely understand that unexpected things can happen, and I’ll always do my best to be accommodating where possible.
To cancel an appointment, please contact me by phone. If I’m unable to answer, please leave a voicemail and I’ll get back to you as soon as I can.
Deposits are non refundable but are transferrable if given a minimum of 48 hours notice.
On the day cancellations will require a 100% cancellation fee.
Appointments that are missed without notice (no-shows) will be charged at 100% of the treatment price.
I reserve the right to refuse or decline treatment to anyone at any time.
