My preferred method of contact is WhatsApp or Instagram message, this is due to not always being able to answer phone calls during the day as I will most likely be in a treatment. If you do call and there is no answer please do not call multiple times, but please leave a voicemail or a message and I will aim to reply as soon as possible.
